Ever since we started working on HomeField (over 2 years ago!), we thought about building an online editor. Then we went out and talked to customers, and they all said “hey, you should build an editor.” Great, so there was demand for an online editor, but we didn’t know how to build it…

…yet.

So we spent the next two years working hard on HomeField, adding the right functionality, growing our customer base and paying attention to their habits. The result? The new HomeField editor.

To design the workflow, we looked at how coaches at top NCAA schools work with their video. Then we stripped out the waste and built an easy to use, customizable online editor. It works great for any sport, lets you break down your film with custom hotkeys and is available in all HomeField accounts as an initial beta right now.
